These Conditions apply to all contracts entered into by Li and Sun Ltd (the "Seller"). By placing an order with the Seller or accepting the Seller's quotation, the Buyer agrees to deal with the Seller on these Conditions to the exclusion of all other terms, conditions, warranties or representations. The Seller may vary these conditions at any time subject to giving reasonable notice of such amendment to the Buyer.

Accuracy of Content

Li and sun Ltd has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular that the prices quoted are correct at the time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However the limitations of colour reproduction and the individual colour settings of your monitor may mean a slight variation. All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published including prices and promotions

Trade Price & Payment

Here at Li and Sun , we appreciate that not everyone likes to pay for goods on line. Parting with personnel/business financial details is not everyone's cup of tea. So to keep things nice and simple, as a Li and Sun customer, you will not be asked to pay on line. Once an order has been received, we will then call you to arrange payment. You can pay via credit or debit card, direct bank transfer and cheque. All prices in this website  are trade price. If the payment is via Bank Transfer or Cheque, funds should clear before dispatch. Postal order accepted. Paypal payments accept from verified UK members.Creadit / Debit card orders are delivered to cardholder's address for first order.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final. If by any chance any product has a defect, faulty bags can be replaced or refunded within 7 days after receiving the goods, email for return authorization. Postage to us at your cost, and repost to you at our cost.

Shipping and Title

As soon as your credit card,debit card or bank transfer payment is confirmed, or funds cleared if you paid by cheque (generally this takes up to 3 working days) we will ship the goods the same day or next working day .All dispatched goods are fully traceable. Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order

Company will arrange shipping of the Products to your address using a carrier of Company's choice. Title and risk of loss to the Products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We do not provide insurance on the Products during delivery. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. Company will inform you of estimated shipment dates, but will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failure, shipping company error, or acts of God.
