Please specify the products code, colours and quantity you require, and please ensure you give us your contact phone number and delivery address when you email us. Once an order has been received, we will then call you to arrange payment. There is a minimum order requirement of £100. You can pay via credit or debit card, direct bank transfer and cheque. All prices in this website are trade price. If the payment is via Bank Transfer or Cheque, funds should clear before dispatch. Postal order accepted. Paypal payments accept from verified UK members. Credit / Debit card orders are delivered to cardholder's address for first order.
All orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday (2pm on Friday) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 3pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day |

Free mainland UK delivery on orders over £400 . As soon as your credit card,debit card or bank transfer payment is confirmed, or funds cleared if you paid by cheque (generally this takes up to 3 working days) we will ship the goods the same day or next working day . All dispatched goods are fully traceable.Whilst we do everything in our power to ensure these prompt deliveries, we cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by organisations or circumstances beyond our control. Also, if you have any special delivery instructions, please let us know when you place your order.

Zone B ( £18.00 per carton up to 25KG ) — UK Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland
Zone C ( £25.00 per carton up to 25KG ) — Isle of Man & Isles of Scilly, Jersey , Ireland , Germany
Zone D ( £30.00 per carton up to 25KG ) — Austria, Belgium, Channel Islands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Italy, Sweden, Luxembourg, Poland, Portugal, Spain
Returns & Exchanges
All Sales Are Final. If by any chance any product has a defect, faulty bags can be replaced or refunded within 7 days after receiving the goods, email for return authorization or your return will not be accepted. For change of mind cancellations and returns, postage will not be refunded , postage back to us will not be covered. We only will give a refund for the Second Class Royal Mail . Under no circumstances shall the company be responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
